h&r semi auto shotguns

does anyone know anything about them or own one bass pro has them for 299.94 im thing about buying one for dove season thanks

    Sorry it took so long to respond. The H&R is basically a "Verona" shotgun. Made in Turkey at the Sarmilaz factory on CNC machines. It is a workhorse (one of the better semi autos coming out of Turkey IMO). My buddy has one and we have shot that gun with every load you can imagine. It just keeps on spitting them out. For $299, I don't think you will find a better gun. Be careful with the barrel when you disassemble, the extractor is attached to the chamber. If you drop the barrel, it can easily damage the ectractor. His has an extra rifled slug barrel and it shoots slugs with great accuracy. I say buy it if you have not yet! [:D][:D]
