? about the new M26 12 gauge shotgun

Does anyone have any idea when and if the new M26 12 gage Mil shot gun is going o be available to the public, the straight pull bolt on left side is the coolest thing, I would love to buy one!
We have to fight so we can run away.

    Besides the legal problems of acquiring a shotgun with a barrel less than 18" long. The muzzle blast and flash resulting from firing a 12 gauge shotgun. With barrel less than 8" long. Would screw up your hearing, and singe your eyebrows off. IMHO.

    Wow I saw some guys shooting it on TV and loved the thing but did not realized the barrel was so short, I hope they can make a civilian version with 18" barrel. Thanks great reply.
