OK, here's the drill...
A friend of mine is getting rid of a Ruger 77 MK-II stainless with skeleton stock, in 7mm Rem. Magnum...It will be featured on the auction side in the next couple days. The reason he is getting rid of the Ruger, is he cannot get a scope back far enough, and the stock cannot be cut, to do so. Rather than destroy a decent collectable rifle, he is selling it. Unless somebody knows of a Picatinny rail one piece adaptor for it,
He is going to replace it with one of the three listed rifles above, in camo-SS, Synthetic SS/Weathershield, and Synthetic SS, models respectively. Other suggestions, he is open to, as long as he can get the scope back far enough.
Which one would you buy, and why?

Tell him to keep the Ruger.
Dollar for dollar, it is hard to beat the Ruger that he already owns.
