It looks like the only "cut & paste" done was on the stock and wood furniture, this is easy to replace as are the small metal pieces that go with it such as the front sight guard and barrel band.
Does it have any value as sporterized?
$100-$150 as a shooter.
That said, Rhineland arms was making the barrel, etc. needed to convert it to 45acp. Do that, get your tax stamps and cut the barrel down and put a suppressor on it, and you'll have your own fake DeLisle Carbine.
