This begs the question of why you would want to use a 19th century tech single-action gun for your concealed carry piece.
But to answer the question, obviously, any number of custom holster makers could make you anything you liked. Here is a picture of a nice home-made one I scrounged from the net:
Also, any number of conventional generic double-action concealed carry gun rigs can accept an SAA. People use these for hunting, and a shoulder rig, of course could also work concealed under a jacket.
Any "slide" style holster would work too.
And yes, there actually ARE makers who do put out purpose designed concealed carry systems for SAA guns:
