Just bought this 12ga.pump at a farm auction and in my 74 yrs have
never seen anything like it.The only thing on it is THE ROBERTS
1910 MODEL with serial #134383 with 2-4 under it. The gun has 2
triggers in the trigger guard the front trigger pushed forward
cocks the trigger and the back one fires it.Ican not get it to cycle
unless i cock the trigger, the carrier is similar to the model 97
win.and has a pin sticking up out of it that acts as an ejector,i
can imagine they did not make many, looks like a poor design.any
info. would be appreciated.might make somebody a good wallhanger.[?]

The business with two triggers sure makes it sound like a Spencer/Bannerman, but they quit making them in 1907?
Maybe it was some kind of knock-off?

Have to admit...I had the same idea in the back of my mind as SNOW....then after looking thru everything I have...decided nope...No Soap...!Was wondering about something...Are there any Proof Marks on this Gun.....??? Just got off the phone with a Colleague in Germany...He thinks its a Belguim made Gun Patterned after the Spencer-Roper-Bannerman Shotguns, as SNOW suggested......But I hav'nt a clue...Can You Post a Photo or Two..? And after looking this shotgun ver...did You happen to see an Oval with the Letters E over LG in its center..? Intriging to say the least.........Thats what I Love about this Hobby....
