Mauser in 243 with Parker Hale barrel worth?

What is a good guess on a commericial made mauuser in 243 with a Parker Hale barrel and fancy wood stock worth in fair condition. It has the front sight but the rear is gone and it has a dovetail for the rear. It has a cheap 4X32 scope on it so it is drilled and tapped for scope. A rough guess as to value would be appreciated. I think I can get it for $100. As I stated, I would rate it in Fair condition. Thanks for any info.

That isnt a bad deal. I'd pick it up at that price
providing of course, the bore is in good shape, no rust or pits.
Parker-Hale are very good rifles, very accurate and well made.
They have their detractors, of course, My personnel experience
    with them has been good.

If it is a commercial action, meaning no thumb cutout or stripper clip guide, then $100 just for the action is a deal.

Hey : If the bore is good I will give you $125.00 for it right now.
