I may have an oppertunity to purchase a .22 cal., long rifle only, semi-auto. It's stamped as being made in Italy and is marked "SPA Luigi Franchi - Brescia". It has two engraved pannels on it, one has squirrels the other rabbits. It looks like the ammo is loaded through a slot in the stock. The gun is in very good condition. I can't seem to find any info on the rifle. I'm wondering when it was made, if its collectable, and approximate worth. Any information would be great.

This was built when it was really Franchi, it is now owned by Bertta. If my shot gun is any indication this should be a quality rifle.
