does anybody have size chart for choke tubes, like whats the difference between full trap and extra full turkey? see lots of listings on gb but very few actual sizes

    Just a little hint: All guns don't shoot the same size the same way. Just cause the choke is smaller may not make the gun shoot tighter. You can go too far and crush the lead when going thru the constiction of the choke. Then you will have ..flyers..

    Here is a listing of just about every shotgun tube currently in use. Keep in mind that 'back-bored' barrels will have wider openings than standard choke tubes to achieve the same pattern. Yes, there is wide variation even within the same gauge, depending on the manufacturer. The page is huge, and will load slowly if you just have a dial-up modem. And remember, you really have to actually pattern your shotgun on paper to see how it really performs with different sizes of shot and different choke tube constrictions.
