H&R Model 676 .22 caliber

I recently acquired an H&R .22 caliber, serial number AP11969. I am having trouble finding information on it. Any suggestions on finding info? Does anyone know if Hogue makes grips for that old of a gun? My pinky slips off and is uncomfortable.

the letter codes "AP" were used in 1976. the only after market grips i know of are pachmeyer for the short round butt 2 1/2 inch models. the model 676 is a dual cylinder, rod ejecting western style revolver with a one piece oversize wood grip and i have never seen after market grips for this model.
