Just swap the barrel on my CZ 70 (Crvena Zastava) from .32 to .380?
It just don't seem right to me??

I believe you can also do it with an Ortgies or a Browning 1910 and 1910/22.

Just about any semi auto pistol that was made in both calibers you can change the barrel and in most cases the magazine if 380 will work for both and many times a 32 mag will work for both. Example a Walter PP & PPK Savage 1910 and 1917 Remington P51 Sauer 38H . to name a few more.
