M1A Recoil Buffer ?

I use an Recoil Buffer in my 45's, I see ad's for a Buffer for the M1A, Do they work? [8D]

    I didn't notice any difference in reciol, but at least you'll know its taking some of the beating off your reciever, helping in keeping your gun from wearing.

    I use rubber butt pads in place of the steel, on my M1A s and they help quite a bit. It will reduce recoil to make shooting a lot more of a pleasure and my shoulder will hold up at least twice as long.
