i've just bought a browing belgium made auto
serial# 88950 69g wrote above it left side of barrell
has 1 kg130 and letter h wrote sideways in a half circle
12-72 183
right side has * *special steel-12 gauge -shells 2and3/4
it also has light twelve with a r in a circle. it has a
vented barrell
could you let me know the production date and value
of this gun.the gun is in 80 to 90% in good condition

The two ** denotes Modified choke.
You don't say whether plain or vent rib barrel.
To use 80% and perfect in the same sentence----is kind of a misnomer.
Perfect and 95% plus would make the gun a potential collector piece.
An 80% A-5 and assuming a vent rib and original length stock (flat knob) and butt plate would make a nice "shooter", with a value in the $450-$475 range.
Since you edited your post and added some information, I'll do the same.
I had assumed Vent rib, but if we're now at 90% and Good condition, Blue Book puts the value @$575.
Still would be considered a "shooter", but a nice one at that!
