    Yes,...the 25 caliber is abreviated for .257"

    why chase the game when the bullet can get em from here?....

    KJ, Been messing with the 243AI a little! Can't get it to do anything other than <.2 using the 55 grain BT or 58VMax's or 65VMax's ot 70 grain BT!!! What do you think is the problem? [:D][:D][:D]But when the shots stretch out I'll still reach for ole "DS"!!!![:)]GHD

    Well I have a .243 browning Bar one of the first models. Its a great gun but wanting to get a little more out of my cheap H&R single 25-06/.50 cal muzzleloader.

    What's the rifling rate? I usually get best results with 80 grain pills, but I had some 100gr BTSP handloads made that'll reach way out there. Work real good out in the 300-800yd range. The light pills don't seem to stay very stable past 200yds.
    PS: got a new shell and project in the works that'll literally shred hogs inside 100 yds. Should have the prototype done this winter or next spring.[:0] OOOHHH! Suspense![;)]

    pdog, Stoke you up a fewcases using 57.0 grains of ReLoader 19 and a CCI-250 primer and an 85 grain Nosler BT! Then let us know if it was "devastating" or not!! Want to shoot big stuff? 49.0 grains of IMR 4350 and a 117grain Sierra SPBT and a CCI-200! Let us know if it fell in it's tracks!!! Want to really smoke a varmint? 75 grain VMax, 58.0 grains of Hodgdon 4831sc and a CCI-250!! A-hole to earbone!!!! GHD
