California Combat 3" barrel for python?

I came across a 3" python barrel marked on the left side with "PYTHON 357", under that "CALIFORNIA COMBAT" and no markings on right side? Is this OEM, Colt Custom Shop or after market? Thank you, jeronimo.

    Is it just a barrel[?] or the whole gun[?] I have a 3"Python still new in the box but it don't say anything like that. It is known as the combat python but I've not seen it stamped anywhere. If memory serves right some of the 3"ers were shipped to a firm in cali and the barrel may be from that company.
