Did T/C make a .45 colt barrel that WAS NOT chambered to shoot .410 also?

Yes they did. In fact for a number of years that was the only way TC could manufacture the 45Colt with a choke by agreement with ATF to keep them in business while the legalties of the 45-410 went to court. Gunsmiths could and did legally rebore the chamber for the .410ga. A number of distributors had gunsmiths rechambering the 45barrel before selling them. TC made barrels in 45 colt in 8" and 10" barrel lengths.
