Webley ID

I recently aquired a Webley 38. It looks like a Mark IV .
The problem is , other than the 38 marking on the top of the barrel, crown proofs and the usual 3 1/2 ton markings there is no ID except a curious serial number "T22 O 2 " (that "O" doen't look like a zero , it looks more like the Greek letter "theta". It doesn't say Webley or Enfield or any other mfg name.
Here's a couple of pics. Gun is 95% original fnish with a little holster wear and some scratches.
Thanks ,
Stan

This is one of the trickiest websites to post a photo. Your best bet is to post it on photobucket.com and copy and paste the "image" URL in the text of your note here. If not, you are welcome to email me a photo at joel_black@netzero.net and I will post it for you.
Don't know what happened.
Here's another try.
They ain't great . Also took anoyher look at the the fonny zero. It could be a "9" with a heavy strike.
