MKA 1919-AR15 style 12 gauge?

A friend has one. I have shot it and liked it. It didn't malfunction when I shot it, but did on him. He attributed it to being brand new. The lower and butt stock are all one piece on this gun. He said there is a company that will be making 10 rounders for it.
