It is stamped C.S. on the end where the load data or shot size usually is. What does C.S.mean

Could be "Cube Shot" as in square not round meant to be used as a thicket load. Produces a more open pattern in tight choked bores for like rabbits at close range in a duck gun.

golferboy426 - Asking a minimum of $50 for something that even you do not know what it is seems kinda odd to me. Why not lift the top wad and see what it is?

I'd come closer to saying those letters on a shell as old as this refers to chilled shot.
What throws me is that the shot size isn't specified.
