MOA clicks on Kollmorgan Bear cub 4x

Does anyone have experience about the MOA for a 4x bear cub, it is graduated with 34 graduations per circle. I have not gone to range to shoot it on paper and do the distance math yet hoping someone may have had one and knows the answer. Stroebel book page 353 mentions that adjustment dials are graduated every 1 inch for the 4x , I assume then its a 1 minute click ?
