Folding stock in New Jersey

Is it legal to ship a folding stock (this paricular one is for Mini 14/Mini 30) to New Jersey? I have seen ads stating that sellers would not ship hi cap mags to certains states because of legalities and thought I had seen similar "will not ship to..." on folding stocks but have not been able to come up with anything today. Thanks in advance for taking the time to help.

From what I understand, and plz don't hold me to it, in NJ on post-ban rifles, the rifle can have only 1 of 4 characteristics; pistol grip, muzzle break, collapsable stock or bayonette lug. You can always contact the ATF or the local PD where it's being shipped. If I find the site I'll post it for ya. There's a gentleman on this site who is an FFL dealer in NJ dealer and maybe he'll know better. I don't remember his name, but look for the posts with the big blue police car with flashing lights.[:)]

The folding stock cannot be on a post ban gun according to the feds at least until the current AW law expires from what I understand. At that point in time New Jersey will probably have outlawed water pistols unless they have smart gun technology. [:(]
