machined receivers browning/remington

I am interested in browning bar's and A-5's, also the old remington model 8/81. I would like to know if the receivers on these guns were ever machined or were they always stamped. If they were machined, in what years or serial numbers should I be looking for. Thanks Thomas

    ALL OF THE RIFLES/SHOTGUNS YOU MENTIONED HAVE MACHINED RECEIVERS. THE ONLY ONES THAT ARE AT THE LOWER END OF THE SCALE ARE THE JAP. BAR'S (THEY WORK AS GOOD AS THE BELGIAN ONES BUT HAVE THAT FIVE LETTER WORD ON THEM (JAPAN))
