New barrel for Delta Elite

After a trip to the gunsmith, it has been strongly reccomended that I replace the barrel on my Delta Elite. As it turns out, a past owner got too friendly with the dremmel. Anyway, I was looking at custom barrels online and would like your folks' input on which to buy. I looked at a Les Baer for $185, an Ed Brown for $185 incl. bushing & link and a Briley for $155. Neither Les Baer or Briley mention if the bushing and link come with the barrel. I am open to other manufacturers and sources for purchase. Greatful for any and all advice.

ATF, yes I did. I am 3rd on the list of people with intrest in it. It is used and by the owners admission, has been touched up (lightly chambered he put it) by a gunsmith. He thinks the 'smith is no longer in business. That worried me, I dont want to spend $50 on a barrel that may be in the same condition as mine. Once again, thanks for heads up on it.

I was able to purchase a new Colt barrel from Dare in Virginia about 3 years ago. I don't know if they would still have any. I would probably go for the Ed Brown barrel if it was me. I like their quality. I would also check with Accu-Tune. I have found that they sometimes have new Colt barrels in odd calibers. I fitted a military National match bushing to my factory Colt 10 mm barrel and it has worked well.
