cz 30mm scope rings

What rings are recommended for the cz550 for a 30mm tube 40mm optics leupold scope? Will be shooting .308 if that matters. The standard cz rings seem tobe very high. Will be using for target and hunting. Thanks

I would look at Burris Signature rings. They have charts that tell you which bases and which height rings you need for various rifles and scopes. These ring eliminate the need to lap the rings and + or -inserts allow a good bit of windage and elevation adjustment before you ever touch the adjustment knobs. http://www.burrisoptics.com
