first 30 shots i cleaned mine every 3 shots

That probably depends alot on your particular barrel. Some barrels seem to foul up faster then others. Like the others said I clean my rifles after every range run and since I always take several I don't seem to foul them to the point where the accuracy drops off. Hunting situations usually have a low shot count unless you have a bunch of varmints to chase. At which point your back to needing to figure out what your barrel wants, not some magic number. If you aren't getting something like 20 to 40 shots between cleanings you might want to have a string cleaner along. They only take a couple of seconds to pull thru a barrel and then you should be back in business.

Bring a Bore-Snake to the range with you and pull it thru the bore every fifty or seventy-five shots to keep the fouling from building up.
