Two part question:
Part 1: During what time period did Ruger use Douglas barrels in there rifles, specifically, Ruger #1's[?]
Part 2: During this time period, what calibers were released in Ruger #1[?]
All help will be greatly appreciated on this[:D][:D]

I wouldn't bet my life on it, but I'm pretty sure Ruger started making their own barrels in 1983.........So pre '83. I am also pretty sure they had TWO barrel makers before they took on the job themself.
