Its a low-end mass produced crossbow, probably Chinese made. Different retailers sell it under different names, including "Avalanche", though many have it unlabelled (as the one in your image). I'd bet the scope on it is a 4x20 Chinese cheapie, too. Here are a few examples of this; they seem to retail for around $100 (or less), depending on who is selling it and and what comes with it:

Its probably a decent enough backyard "toy" for adults, and obviously you wouldn't want to stand in front of this, but I wouldn't expect all that much in the way of accuracy or durability here.
