How to install Stevens 311 & Fox B hammers?

I forgot how to compress the hammers and springs. Can someone refresh me?

    I compress the hammer springs with a drill press. Clamp the receiver in a drill press vice. Chuck a long punch or screwdriver blade in the drill press. Compress the hammer spring by lowering the punch or bit against the hammer and compress the spring, while holding it compressed, insert the pin.
