I made a change to my registered e-mail address and as a result, the Gunbroker system now thinks I live in a foreign country and has locked me out of buying and selling. My e-mail address ends with @austin.rr.com and I was in my living room in central Texas when I made this change. I ahave been a member in good standing for several years. with a 170+ rating and zero bad feedback.
I have sent several messages to customer service with ZERO response. I won an auction for a Laserlyte site for the Ruger LC9 just before this happened. I can't get back to the site to get information on that purchase.
What can I do???

You need to open a 'Support Issue' which is found on the first page after your log-in. It's near the very bottom left side of the page. Be aware that due to the volume of requests for support, the response time could take a couple of days.
