Is Delaware legal to ship to private persons?
Getting questions now why Delaware is on our restrictions list.

    The City Of Wilmington has a ban on armor piercing ammunition but so far as I know the rest of the state has no restriction on purchasing ammunition.

    I will ask the same question: Exactly why is Delaware on your restricted list and why was Connecticut? What reference guide are you using because so far it does not appear to have been very accurate.

    The restrictions were laid out by my father-in-law who had been a dealer for 45+ years.
    I have now been trying to see what is real and what isn't.

    Delaware is removed from the restrictions.
    Hope having removed Connecticut and Delaware it will improve our sales.
    What are the restrictions on sales and shipping firearms to both states?
