I got a 3by9 accurange scope on trade. Where can I find any info on the correct way to sight it in?

You sight it in as you would a scope w/o accu range. The reticule is intended to help you estimate range. The two top wires are to be adjusted so they subtend 18 inches by adjusting the power (3-9) ring. The suggestion is that a deer's chest is 18" top to bottom. When you dial in that 18" spread, you read the bottom number that is visible on that little label in the scope. You then aim accordingly, holding over or on as the range requires.
If it's the mid 60's sniper Vietnam type version it's worth $$$
If it's blue, not dull or camo, it's not the sniper version.
