    New Jersey is right up there Like Delaware is. Full of liberals and gun haters! The left along with big corporations and Universities are all for illegal immigration and The NWO with The United Nations. The Country is going to be a third world state before it's over.

    As long as he came through the border checkpoint and stopped and asked them to be granted asylum and go through the process. Then when their court date is out a year or so, that he personally house and take responsibility for his servants.

    If he crossed at a non entry point, that is criminal. With or without his passport or ID.
