Simpli Safe praise

Bought a Simpli Safe alarm system in 2017. Never had a problem until recently. The blue light on the base unit would not stop flashing. Called tech support and was sent (no charge) a replacement base unit. Called the tech and tried several of his suggestions---no help. He sent me (no charge) a complete new upgraded system. Replaced all the components of the old system. Works like a charm. Pretty darn nice after 2 years. Way to go Simpli Safe.

    I have had my Simpli Safe system for 3 years now and have been extremely satisfied with its operations. I have windows and doors alarmed, motion detectors in some select places and a camera that tells me if it detects motion and I can record what is causing the motion.

    I have had Simpli Safe for several years and it's good to go . No problems
