Well the fricking traitor bowe bergdahl lost his case against DJT influencing his case.

I am with Trumpy put the traitor against a wall and while your at it let the trany traitor brad manning join him. The world would be a better place with both of these losers feeding the worms.

An Army appeals court found Donald Trump's public criticism of Bowe Bergdahl did not unlawfully influence the Army soldier's trial.

Trump has made several comments against Bergdahl, both before and after becoming president, but in a ruling released Tuesday an Army Court of Criminal Appeals rejected the soldier's claim that Trump's words influenced the outcome of his repatriation and trial.

'Although there was some evidence of unlawful command influence adduced at trial and in the post-trial process, the government met its burden to demonstrate that an objective disinterested observer would not harbor a significant doubt as to the fairness of the proceedings,' the 2-1 opinion of the three judges at Fort Belvoir, Virginia stated.

Trump publicly described Bergdahl as a 'no-good traitor who should have been executed.

    And as far as I am concerned barry should be against that wall as well. He is as much a traitor as either of them. He sold this country out. Just look at the trash that is in congress.

    When Obama had secured the release of this Rat, he held a Rose Garden ceremony with the parents. This is the kind of ceremony you would have if you were honoring a war hero.

    This tells you how out of it Obama is, he thought a deserter and traitor would be welcomed as a hero by the American public.
