Brit car with Chrysler running gear, I got to drive several versions when I was a mechanic for British Leyland. A doctor that lived in pebble Beach had a 1971 with a 440 wedge motor, and even though Chrysler had "detuned" their motors at that time, it still had 330hp and gobs of torque. A muscle car with luxury.

The government has no rights. Only the people have rights which empowers the government.
We have enough gun laws, what we need is IDIOT control.
Blood makes you related. Loyalty makes you family.

I thought getting old would take longer.

    female, I'm guessing
Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain

I'll give ya that, it's like they had a good thing going with a 60's Camaro front end, and then someone decided the back should look like an AMC Pacer!

never had one in a car but had 6 440/413 chrysler engines set up for irrigation....ran on natural gas off a pipeline....no discount in price over NG used in town homes, so i replaced 3 with john deere 4-239T diesel engines...saved enuff in fuel cost to pay off the engine cost in 5 years ...bought first one set on stand with a water tank to hook up to a cooling coil in the irrigation well mainline for around $5k...now they cost about $20K ....and grain prices have dropped close to time of first engine

I actually liked the looks of the AMC Pacer! I did own a '75 AMC Matador "Bat Mobile" back in the day and wish I would have bought a Javelin but there was no room for the kiddies!

I did test drive a Camaro at the time and liked the Matador better! :o

My wife always told me that I marched to a tune from a different drummer...?and still do, I guess
