PolitiFact contends that Democrat presidential hopeful Joe Biden is not seeking to ban guns, just ?assault weapons.?
PolitiFact suggests that Biden?s ban would be a replication of the 1994 ?assault weapons? ban, which ?focused on 18 specific firearms and banned certain models of AR-15s and AK-47s.? Moreover, those who already owned the banned guns were allowed to keep them, so PolitiFact argues that it was not a ban on guns at all.

    DEMOCRAT dogma is no guns in hand of private citizens and eradication of the Second Amendment from the Bill of Right. I pity the non believers.

    The "Incremental" approach to scrapping the Second is their preferred method. ''Assault Weapons" first, then handguns begin the process. Some of you will remember Clinton wanted handguns gone first, but the DEMOCRATs switched to a more low hanging fruit and went after semi-autos. The election of 1994 ended the DEMOCRATs attacks on the Second.

    Agree that incremental erosion of 2nd amenment is the method of the democrats. One bite at a time they will take away our right to keep and bear arms. They know that out of control tax and spend crazy policy works best on unarmed sheepels with no recourse.

    Shame that so many of "the people" do not understand.
