My old lap-top is just about 5 yrs. old now and has a few quirks from old age. My scroll down button quit a while ago and I have had to run the down strokes from the lower RT side arrow. Not really a big deal but the old computer also has been known to hit upon stuff with just a touch of the key pad without my intention.
I often enjoy checking out high end items on GB auction for just fun and sometimes seeing some really interesting historic stuff up for grabs. Many of these items have bid prices in the many thousands of $$.
Yesterday while playing in the upper crusty areas, I must have hit a buy it now button and just about went into cardiac arrest!! :oops: :oops: :idea:
I quickly hit the shut down button on the old girl and when I restarted, all was well. No memory of my accidental slip! Thanks be to The Almighty!
I may not go playing around in places where my checks would bounce anymore until I get myself a new computer!

As for me and my stupid computer caused troubles, I have definitely learned my lesson. Very lucky that I did not cause similar stress for a seller.
