Is N.Y. City returning to the bad old days of the 90's when Mayor Dinkins ruled over the city with 2,245 homicides in one year?? Some one in the NYPD with balls enough to stand up to the current mayor is badly needed. Soon all the good cops will be history and there will be no one to stand between the animals in this video and the decent citizens.

    Quite disgusting and the animals know nothing will happen. In essence, the city is turned into a victim nightmare and the King With No Clothes on rules them.

    The 2 dips in charge. King Cuomo and dopey DeBlasio, cops dont stand a chance.

    NYPD beside being underpaid. Put up with lots of crap from loonys that live there.

    Waterboarding for the violaters may put a halt to the practice.

    our judicial systems cater to the criminals nowadays...in kans 2 BROS torture and kill 4 college kids and a woman and the fifth college gal manages to live...BROS get the death sentence FNG JOKE....kansas has NOT executed any deserving since hickok and smith for the Clutter murders...so the two BROS play jailhouse lawyer for 16----get it---- SIXTEEN YEARS till the kansas state supreme STUPIDS (so called judges) vacate the death sentence ??????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
