How about one in each caliber? :D
PSA is like crack anymore, just can't quit it.

about 1 1/2 years ago I got a bug and had to go cold turkey to stop  I stared building parts into ar style rifles got addicting 8-) then pistol versions versions 5.56 well got to have the 300 so a rifle or two and pistol in that flavor then one each 308 pistol and rifle still have a few to finish up but other projects took the lime light for now 6.5 I held off to many dang calibers now to keep sorted out :o
I need to set down and see how accurate if at all they are than start swapping and trading parts and pieces to get the favorite pars or shooters

by th eway good luck on your projects :D:D

Been looking for a barrel for my build and came across Proof Research in .308 20" (6.5CM has 24") I'm gonna ask if they make 22" or 24" barrel for the .308 when I get closer to making up my mind (meaning when I got the cash). Or I may build a "lite" on Areo receiver. I do like the new fangled barrel material. Otherwise I'm just gonna get a Kreiger or other classic makers (weight be damned).

I plan on shooting .175gr+ so I need to focus on the correct twist above all else.

BCG, trigger and Silent Buffer will be JP Enterprises. I may end up with their barrel? They have "low mass" BCG but like that little bit shaved off make that much of a difference. I really want to try the Armageddon Gear Revolution Roller Trigger.

Many of the online reviews indicate they prefer the heavier bullets.

Was going to build one in 6.5 C, using Aero Precision parts. But when I spected it out. It was to freeken heavy. Bare bones ( no optics, bipod, or other accessories ), even with a 16" barrel. It was 10 lbs+.

There are at least couple companies, who make lighter versions,( 8 pounds, bare bones). S & W & PSA (Recon), are the ones I'm thinking of. But they won't sell the parts individually.

The best deal I could find was the S & W, M & P 10 Sport. Bud's had it for sale, a while back for $700+. Including the $50 rebate. Course it's going to cost me, at least $200 for a good quality 6.5, 16" barrel. But I can install it myself. Unfortunately, everybody and their BIL's. Jumped on Bud's sweet deal. And they went out of stock. When they got them back in. The price was $50 bucks higher. There 3 brick and mortar stores are still out of stock, last time I checked. Hopefully when they get them back in. They will drop the net price, back to what it was previously.
