XDM aftermarket trigger?

I'm tired of the super long trigger pull on my XDM's, although I love the guns!!
Has anyone tried an aftermarket trigger for XD or XDM's? Powder River Precision is the first to come up on my search. They make it look easy enough to install!!
I did a search to see if this had been posted before. I guess I've got some learning to do.....it only brings up searches for EVERYTHING that had 'trigger' in it, that is about 13 pages too many for me to look through!!
Anyway, thanks for your help!!

To my mind it is wholly irresponsible to go out into the world incapable of preventing violence, injury, crime, and death. How feeble is the mindset to accept defenselessness, how cheap, how cowardly, how pathetic. Ted Nugent.

Hammers nails and no loss in function or reliability.
It does require some basic fitting to run well- nothing complex.
Im guessing Ive had this trigger in this gun at least 3 years.
There is one more level of more aggressive trigger and it is very very good but you better be willing to tune the gun to make it fully reliable.

Video of initial take up- it is smooth, and consistent all the way through.

Reset is excellent

I have a few XDs. The Powder River trigger is definitely worth it. Make sure you get their sear and trigger reset. They're e heck of alot easier to install than Smith M&P.
I bought a full sized XD and installed Powder River all the way - springs, trigger, reset. Then bought a compact and bought just the trigger & sear, then polished everything else. Was an improvement but not as good as the Powder River parts. So I finished off with springs & reset.
I kind of cringe at the cost a bit, but it's worth it - a good one time expense.
