Magpul vs.metal...

I?ve had Magpul and steel AR mags for sale. The steel always sells before the Magpul does.
I?ve used both, but not extensively., and never noticed a problem with the Magpuls.
Has anyone had problems with the Magpuls (M2 model)? Is it like with Glocks - no one loves black plastic?

Don't really like the 10 rounder I have... it gives me slightly different points of impact when feeding from either side. I can shoot at 50 yards at one bull and get a 2" group, or I can switch between 2 bulls (left and right side feeding) and get 2 1.5" groups, each just a tad off from center.
The 9mm AR carbine gets Glock 33 round mags, although I do have a Gen2 15 rounder and a Gen1 17 rounder. I also recently scored a 20 round ETS mag at a garage sale for $5 but I haven't tried it. If it shows to be as reliable then I may buy a few more of the ETS mags.
The FAL gets only milsurp mags, have read all the bad reports about the Moses and DSA mags.
When I had AKs they only got metal milsurp style mags.
