Very cool, especially since its an Angle Eject already tapped for mounts.

The gun has been used and hunted with too. 356 Winchester is a very good deer and hog round and I would feel confidant using it on Elk in the timber.

    Thanks for pointing it out.

Never seen a 356 used that much. They had it setup to shoot things for sure. Those mounts cost an * load.

I'm still trying to figure out why you would spend that kind of money on those mounts, and put a Tasco scope on it....and the scope isn't even included.

I wonder what scope was on it when it was set up. I'm guessing it was a set, scope, mounts, and rings all fitting together.

Euro claw mount rings are almost always soldered to the scope, and everything is hand fitted as a unit. Lose the scope w/rings, and you start from scratch
That's probably a NEA mount with split rings, but you would still have to match up a scope with the tube and obj lense dimensions as that Tasco. Claw mounts were old school quick release, with positive return to zero when it was put back on. Good enough that they are still used on high dollar custom rifles.

The mounts look to be those from EAW. They still offer mounts for the 94!

A bit off topic, but over in Europe where silencers are an unrestricted accessory, one is even used on a 94:

There is no cost to use the GB checkout (from GunBroker), you just have to use one of 19 credit card processors that they support. If they can take a card over the phone they can use the GB checkout with no additional fee.
