Verizon has been a case of the * for me for quite awhile, finally got fed up after their refusal to cancel 2 lines a d get rid of a $650 per month phone bill, now we pay $125 per month.

Data with T-Mobile, now my phone goes to 4G instead of LTE and data is dead. Only time data works is when it is on LTE and that is rare now. Anyone else have this issue?

We switched to T-Mobile a bit over a year ago. The first month was terrible. Bad signal, phone constantly dropping calls, every 30 seconds the other person wouldn't hear us, but we could hear them, etc... We kept complaining and they did try and help. What ended up being the culprit was in the phone's settings. First they had to change some of the carrier settings in our phones. The next thing that helped a lot was turning off the wifi calling feature. But while we were figuring all of this out, they sent us a signal booster for free.

After that first month all issues were resolved and I haven't had any problems at all except when I go in areas that aren't covered by T-mobile.
