Tried to upload a picture and got this.

Is it my quota or the general quota that they?re referring to?

    Somebody is playing with user permissions, that shouldn't be in that part of the Admin panel until they know what they're doing. When I logged in just now, it said I had exceeded the maximum amount of attempts. 1 is the wrong setting rookie!
