Does anyone wear them. They are base about 2 blocks from my house. I stopped in yesterday and tried a couple pairs on. Very well built and very comfortable. Not an inexpensive boot but the people I have talked to love them

Yes, I used to use Schnees Sheep Hunter made by Lowa, had two pair and then 2nd pair started giving me hotspots on ball of my foot, switched insoles to Kenetrek insole and hot spots went away.
So when those boots wore out, I went with Kenetrek and have worn them last two seasons and am very impressed, enough so that I bought my son a pair last year for Christmas right there at the main store in Bozeman.
It also helps that we know several people who switched from Meindls and danger to Kenetrek.

I think they will also throw in a pair of Kenetrek gaiters when you buy at the store.

Ours are the Kenetrek Mountain Extreme 400.

    Smoking deal.
Get them to throw in a tub of their boot grease, use it and they will warranty any delamination issues, if they were to arise.
If you use obenoffs, they won't.
That's what the salesman the store up there told me.

What you think of the mounts in there?
