A buddy of mine down in GA went to Academy and got one for $285!
This is the 38 spl 5 shot revolver like this:
We took it to the range(indoor) and I shot a few cylinders through it and it was not too bad. The trigger was a little heavy about 10#'s but it was smooth and allowed you to stage it once you got a feel for it. The gun comes with a laser and it was right on with the load we were shooting(Remington 125gr JHP).
Overall I like the gun its light so it bucks but its more of a carry a lot shoot a little gun. The cylinder release is different than any other S&W but its easy to learn and I doubt this is a gun you are going to be doing speed reloads with.
At that price point its a nice gun and would be a good CC gun if you are looking at a revolver.

This was special one day sale at the store in Atlanta GA. I wish he had told me I would have had him get me one.
Hey ain't that "straw purchase"?
