Average cost of Healthcare per person in the USA is reported to be $10,913 dollars per year. 329 Million Americans roughly but only 131 million workers earning a FT paycheck.

Equals 27,420 per worker to pay for the healthcare of all Americans.

Medicare charges something like 1.4% of earnings double that to 2.8 including employer share. About 271.8 Billion a year income from payroll taxes another 113 Billion from premiums, and the remainder of 324 billion a year from just added on our debt. So 324 billion a year in the red.

Employers who provide healthcare pay about 10K per employee for family care leaving about 4200 per employee for them to pay not counting the average 6-7K deductible.

Where the hell is all this money going LOL.

CEO gets 66 million, Doc who actually does surgery maybe 400K a year LOL.
