Remington bullet load data

toad67toad67 Member Posts: 13,009 ✭✭✭✭
Came into a bunch of Remington bullets. Can I just go thru any manual and find a bullet that is the same weight and type and go from there, or does anyone know who made/makes the bullets for big "R"? TIA.

That's what I would do. But initially load on the low to medium velocity/pressure side until you establish a safe/accurate maximum load for your particular rifle. I think Remington always made their own bullets but I don't know any industry secrets.

keep in mind that you MAY have to vary o.a.l. due to the bullet shape
