I think you will be terminated when Monday comes. Where i worked at before i got sick if you got walked out you were fired.

The 3 days off were for a cooling off time so people would not do something regretful.

All they were doing was making sure HR has all there paperwork straight.

Every complaint you ever made is going to be used against you.

I am 1000% right on this. When layoffs came and my boss and i sat down and numbered every person in order to lay off. They had 8 of my very best workers on the layoff list in the first 20. I had about 35 or more people under me.

The best workers would complain about the ones that would not work and they were labeled troublemakers.

We finally got a correct order except for 1 person. That person was the laziest and sorryist huming being alive.

The 1 that should have went first was 8th or 9th to keep.

So much for the sad stuff.

I do not remember how your health is i am 54 and i just can not remember things as i should. Sorrry.

Unless things change you should get some type of not having a job anymore. I forgot what it is called. It just came to me unemployment insurance. You may have to fight to get it but try.

Also i think you had a few health problems, sorry if i am wrong but ask them how long your insurance is paid up for.

Also they have to offer you your insurance for up to 6 months but it is really expensive.

For what its worth im sorry for what happened but the big man has plans and sadly we dont get to see them advance.

Prayers from here if you need to talk i will text you my number.

Prayers again.

The unemployment rate in your neck of the woods is around 3%. I should think that bodes well for quickly finding another job. Best wishes.
I used to recruit for the NRA until they sold us down the river (again!) in Heller v. DC. See my auctions (if any) under username henryreilly

    He is 1000% right!

    However,
If you are cantankerous and have some money set aside, you can get a lawyer and fight them.

If you simply had your first accident and want your job back it is very possible they will look at the lawsuit and decide they would rather have a good employee back on the job than drag this circus out for a year and pay their attorneys to just to send you packing.
It could be as simple as a letter from your lawyer. Worth a shot?

If they screw up with their procedure, and this is common, you can sue for enough money to finance your retirement, buy your lawyer a new Mercedes and and buy me a new airplane.

It all hinges on how much stress and cash-out-of-your-pocket you want to invest.
At this point in life, it may be simpler to address this as a pre-retirement life adjustment.

Do you want to retire where you currently reside? If you would like to live elsewhere - now is the perfect time to find a job in that location.
Is there some career that you have always wanted to try for a few years? Perfect time.
do you plan to keep working after you reach retirement age? Maybe part-time? Here it the perfect opportunity to transition.

For example: If I was not already retired, living where I want to be, doing what I want to do...I would move to the Florida panhandle and find me a part-time job playing piano in a cat-house.
Or a part-time job in a gun shop.
    Driver at a funeral home?
Graved digger?(I love operating my backhoe).
    Baseball umpire?
    Wide Load escort?
    Rental Car transporter/driver?
    ....
I can't believe they misspelled "Pork and Beans!"
