It's deer season, you have time off of work, a closet full of deer guns and a taco addiction. Nothing makes better tacos than ground venison. Then there is chili, steaks, pepper steak, venison and noodles, venison vegetable soup (I like to add barely), etc. etc.
One of my quick favorites is thin cut venison cooked in EVOO with Worcester, a little soy sauce, garlic (garlic powder works too), salt and pepper. When the venison is about done add a bag (or more depending on amount of venison and size of skillet) of frozen 3 pepper and onion blend. Cover and let it cook down. Eat it alone if your watching your weight or over rice if your not . MMMMMMMMMMMMMum Some hot bread and garlic butter goes well too. Some times I also thrown in some frozen broccoli. Like I said, it's quick and it's good.
